ViaWest is constantly generating unique incentive packages to ensure that we remain “front and center” with the brokerage community. As outlined in our Broker Philosophy, we recognize that brokers are the lifeline of our business and the reason for our success. It is our desire to consistently ensure that our properties are at the top of the list for the brokerage community by offering our broker partners various incentives. Examples of our incentive programs include:
- Annual Custom Shirt Event – Every broker with whom we do business during the year (acquisition, disposition, or leasing) will be invited to our annual custom shirt event, at which every broker receives a high-quality, custom-fit dress shirt compliments of ViaWest.
- Property-Specific Incentive Programs – These incentives have ranged from an all-expense-paid trip overseas to Final Four tickets to flat screen TVs. Typically, this program is for leases of a certain size or by a certain date.
- Corporate Leasing Incentive Programs – Each year, the tenant rep broker that does the largest lease with ViaWest (as determined by total lease consideration during the lease term) will receive entry into the ViaWest Club and a significant gift or trip.
- March Madness Bracket Challenge with Goodmans Interior Structures – No entry fee required and winner will receive a free Herman Miller Aeron Chair.
