ViaWest Group Completes Purchase of San Tan Tech Center in Chandler

CHANDLER - CBRE represented the seller in the sale of San Tan Tech Center located at 145 S. 79th St. in Chandler, Ariz. The 129, 187-square-foot, Class A property building was purchased by leading local, commercial real estate firm, Via West Group (Steven Schwarz) for $9.6 million ($74 PSF). 

Warner Business Center in Tempe sold

TEMPE - ViaWest Group in Phoenix sold Warner Business Center at 1121, 1131, 1221, 1231, 1241 W. Warner Road, and 8905, 8930 S. Beck Ave. in Tempe to Warner Business Center I LLC and Warner Business Center 4 LLC, both entities of Voit Real Estate Services, for $40 million.

ViaWest Group Acquires Warner Business Center Flex-Office Property

TEMPE - Adding to its growing portfolio, ViaWest Group, along with joint-venture partner Contrarian Capital Management, has successfully acquired Warner Business Center through a credit bid at the trustee sale. The joint venture had purchased the debt and completed the foreclosure process.

TEMPE – A 118,355-square-foot office property in Tempe has sold to ViaWest Group for $3 million. It is located at 8375 River Parkway in ASU Research Park. The property is fully occupied by NXP Semiconductors and Wells Fargo. ViaWest plans to renovate the building once current leases expire.
