Solera Health Inc. is moving to downtown Phoenix, taking 19,000 square feet on the third floor of the 111 W. Monroe Building. Phoenix-based ViaWest Group and Chicago-based GEM Realty Capital bought the 19-story building in May of this year.

ViaWest Group has chosen CBRE Group Inc. to handle leasing of The Monroe, located at 111 W. A venture featuring Phoenix-based ViaWest Group and Chicago GEM Realty Capital bought the 255,477-square-foot office building for $29.8 million, according to sales details from Business & Real Estate Weekly of Arizona.
On behalf of a joint venture between Phoenix-based ViaWest Group and Chicago-based Blue Vista Capital, JLL today announced the sale of Nexus @ ASU Research Park. Gramercy Property Trust, in partnership with TPG, purchased the 123,864-square-foot Class A, Tempe, Arizona office building for $27.6 million.
On behalf of ViaWest Properties, CBRE recently completed the sale of twin, two-story Class A office buildings in the Chandler Midway Corporate Center located at 5670 and 5710 W. Chandler Blvd. in Chandler, Ariz. Barry Gabel and Chris Marchildon with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, Phoenix-based ViaWest Group. The buyer was Encino-Calif.-based Kramer-Wilson Company, Inc. Total consideration for the sale was $23.3 million.
Canada-based Wexford Developments purchased a 74,525-square-foot, Class A flex/R&D building in Chandler for $8.8 million from ViaWest Group, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Scottsdale – A 1031 Exchange company formed by a group of investors led by John Garraty, Jr. of Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP in New York City, NY paid $32.1 million ($214 per foot) to buy a 149,992-square-foot office building at 15111 N. Pima Road in Scottsdale.
Zenreach, a San Francisco-based technology company, will open its first major office outside of its headquarters at Biltmore Center, 2390 E. Camelback Rd. The company plans to employ approximately 350 people at the Camelback Corridor office.
