Ron has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering, facilities management and construction management fields. Ron comes from an Electrical background, with a 4-year Journeyman license. He holds with BOMA an SMA and SMT, and is also certified Universal in Refrigeration. He is originally from New Hampshire and is married with three children.

Richard presently serves as Assistant Controller for ViaWest in which capacity he is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of several Company owned or managed client properties. He brings over 20 years of financial experience and has managed all aspects of accounting operations for various commercial real estate companies. Richard graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Finance and is married with two sons. Richard is active in coaching Club basketball for the Sabercats organization.

Alesha oversees all marketing efforts of the Company and its properties. She provides executive assistance to management and manages the transaction process for dispositions and acquisitions of all non-multifamily properties. Prior to joining the team at ViaWest, Alesha has been an Executive Admin Assistant, Office Manager, Deal Manager and Commercial Transaction Coordinator for First Street Development, LLC and for Armstrong Development Properties, Inc. These national commercial development companies are primarily focused on land acquisitions, fee-for-service preferred development, build-to-suit, single and multi-tenant retail and office developments, as well as mixed use projects and property asset management. She has experience working with projects of all sizes between .30 acres to 50 acres and in all stages of development from acquisition through entitlements, construction, asset management and disposition. Although she has lived in Arizona for more than 20 years, Alesha still considers herself to be a mid-westerner (Missouri). She currently lives in the East Valley Phoenix area. She enjoys reading, writing, pc gaming, music and travel to cooler weather with her son.

Michael oversaw multiple properties in the Bay Area, all located in the downtown financial district. After graduating, Michael moved to Phoenix to further his career and be closer to family. Over the years, he has managed more than five million rentable square feet of commercial real estate, including low and high-rise office buildings and industrial projects.

Michael graduated from Syracuse University with a dual Bachelor degree in Psychology and Advertising. He also has an MBA from San Francisco State University. On weekends, you can find him on a local mountain or out shopping with his daughter.

Erin graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. When she isn’t in the office, you can find Erin spending time with her fiancé, their puppy, traveling or working on various home improvement projects.

With ViaWest currently, Jenna performs commercial property administration for 7+ different properties from industrial to office, located throughout the Valley. Jenna is also responsible for all ViaWest Group marketing coordination. She loves cooking and travel.
